TLDR: This month, we grew past 100+ Instagram followers, reached 150+ likes on TikTok, began conversations with licensing partners, and gathered major insights from three women’s health events. We’re also kicking off our fifth round of user research to validate product features and deepen our community engagement.
DEAR HORMONE ENTHUSIASTS,
This past month has been a month of heads-down building, listening, and learning. From conversations with founders and clinicians to speaking with women navigating perimenopause, one thing is clear: the need is urgent, the ecosystem is evolving fast, and women are hungry for clarity.
In the spirit of holiday gratitude, we are beyond thankful for you all. Thank you for being part of this steady, growing circle. Your support fuels our progress, one thoughtful step at a time.

Fun Fact of the Month
MOMENTUM
Community engagement: We grew past 100+ followers on Instagram (huge shoutout to Chiara!), and our first TikToks reached 1,500+ views and 150+ likes. Now we’re working on converting that traction into community. Please share our page with anyone navigating perimenopause or aligned with our mission; like, comment, and subscribe! :)
Licensing Conversations: We officially entered early discussions with licensing partners. Conversations are going well, and we hope to share updates soon.
Events, Events, Events: We attended Serotonin Health Speed Networking, Elevation Experience by Bold Moves, and the HBS Women’s Health Conference; three powerful touchpoints with the women's health ecosystem. Some insights we found most valuable:
Impact and returns go hand in hand: Investors kept emphasizing that women’s health delivers both high-impact and high-returns. Note to self: what we’re building is both a meaningful solution AND a strong market opportunity.
Collaboration is the best path forward: Fragmentation is still the biggest hurdle, but the space is converging around shared data, wearables and personalization. When we collaborate, we grow the pie for everyone, including ourselves.
Trust starts with women themselves: Direct-to-consumer remains the fastest way to build credibility and learn from real users before expanding into clinical channels. The most validating part of our month was seeing women’s eyes light up when we shared that we’re building for perimenopause. The excitement is real, and the need is urgent.
WHAT'S NEXT
Licensing: We’re continuing deeper conversations with partners to better understand feasibility, timelines, and the steps needed to measure hormones through ISF.
PMR Round 5: Yes… round five 😅. This wave will focus specifically on validating the must-have initial product features and refining our understanding of what women top needs are when navigating perimenopause.
Community Engagement: We’re exploring ways to bring more women and experts into our orbit, building femmli with women, not just for them.

Share Our Calendly With Women experiencing Perimenopause: If someone comes to mind, please share this blurb:
A few friends of mine are building a start-up in the hormonal health space and are looking to speak with women in the U.S., ages 40–55+, about their perimenopause journey. The chats are ~20 minutes, confidential, and require no prep. Your input will directly shape what they build. Here’s the Calendly link to sign up.
Network, Network, Network: We are still looking for:
full-stack developers
content creators
endocrinologists
researchers or founders in biosensors or hormone monitoring
If anyone comes to mind, please send them our way!
FUN FACT OF THE MONTH
After decades of women relying on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to manage menopause symptoms, HRT use suddenly plummeted due to a misleading FDA black box warning. The study reported a small increase in breast cancer risk that wasn’t statistically significant, yet it was enough to spark fear among women.
On November 10, 2025, the FDA finally removed this black box, opening the door for clearer conversations about HRT’s evidence-supported benefits. [source]
